Restaurant Belvedere offers a cusine based on tipical and traditional Tuscan flavours.
Ingredients are carefully selected to be able to offer the best you can find in our area, favoring short supply chain products.
Cusine is strongly related to the availability of seasonal products; we use, as much as possible, fresh and natural products.


Aurora is managing the kitchen since 1989; thanks to her experience and her feeling, she is able to prapare wonderful dishes magnifying the simple and genuine flavours who made Tuscan cusine so famous all around the world.
You can taste game, mushrooms, cold cuts, beside famous "fiorentina" steake. Wonderful cheese and great wines of our area (Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti) complete the menu.


Belvedere uses high quality ingredients.

For seasoning, we only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Castello di Ciliano”.
The farm producing the oil owned by the family running Belvedere. It is located on Ciliano hill, not far from Torrita di Siena, at 350m above the sea level; the "terroir" is great for high quality olive oil production.
The olives are picked up by hand and crushed few hours after the harvest, to preserve the fragrance and the freshness of this excellent product of our land.
